A new range of summer products and detox for hair and scalp

Whether you’ve got sand-scorched feet or peeling skin this summer, Lush’s (www.lush.ae) new range aims to offer relief. The ‘7 Summer Skin Saviours’ include an SPF 30 ‘million dollar moisturiser’ priced at Dhs360 for 45g, an ocean salt scrub featuring coconut and sea salt priced from Dhs85 for 120g and the stepping stone foot pumice (pictured) with jojoba oil, priced at Dhs37.

Elsewhere this week, BdB Blodrybar in Motor City (04 447 3826) has launched an essential detoxifying treatment by Nubea for stressed-out scalps. The treatment aims to combat the impact of a poor diet and environmental factors on the health of hair follicles, and provide nutrients that encourage the synthesis of keratin (translation: your limp, greasy locks will finally look nice and clean and shiny). Book four sessions for Dhs1,000.
Finally this week, we’re saving up our fils to get our hands on Lipstick Queen’s bronze Queen Bee balm, which nourishes skin and leaves a subtle (but stunning) gold glow on the lips. Perfect when teamed with a summer tan. It’s available at Bloomingdale’s and Harvey Nichols from this month for Dhs125.
