Draw up a step-by-step checklist, be it weekly or monthly, so you can have something tangible to aim for and a way of tracking your progress.

5 Think of the benefits

Losing your drive is a danger, especially when it comes to losing weight. Keep imagining how great you’ll feel at the end of your endeavours and how happy it will make your loved ones, too.
