Stop Doing Crunches
Surprise, surprise, but regular crunches don’t work. By doing them, you’re just straining your back and not really working on your core. Pilates is the key to getting supermodel abs, where you will be incorporating and employing more muscles than usual.
Having that week off exercise is not okay. If you want a toned body, you need to work for it. Don’t exercise for a week and then not keep at it. Four to five workouts a week is ideal.
Have a Cheat Day
The more you deprive yourself of the foods you crave, the more you’ll want to binge. Allow yourself that one day a week, or fortnight, to go all out. It’s okay to have fried chicken and hot sauce for one meal if you’ve been training regularly.
Stop Adding Sugar
You know that bulge that sits below your belly button, or the ones either side of it that someone has very inappropriately named love handles? Yes, all of that is sugar. Reduce your sugar intake and watch the lumps disappear. There’s a reason they say abs are made in the kitchen.
