New online fitness classes from offer the best way to work out from home

If the idea of waking up at 6am for a circuit training session in the gym terrifies you and makes you just want to roll over and go back to sleep, you’re going to love us for what we’re about to share with you. Even if you prefer a snooze over leg lifts and brewing herbal tea over burpees, new online exercising venture will make you drop to the floor and do three sets of sun salutations.

Hopping onto the millennial generation’s obsession with all things digital, promises to give you the glutes of your dreams without even having to leave your bedroom. Aimed at busy individuals (or the lazy kind), who don’t have the time to plan a gym session around intense working hours, or those for whom splashing out on a private gym session is pure luxury, has a workout for everyone in its extensive library.

Managed by UAE-based Pilates teacher Ljiljana Duff, the idea behind Lilyfit is to allow busy, working men and women to be able to easily tone up, build strength and engage in a proper cardio workout in their own time and space. Every video on the website acts like a personal teacher, and the comprehensive hour-long sessions include a warm-up, cool-down and everything else in between. There are over 180 different classes to choose from on the site, and users can gain unlimited access to the video library, which is available worldwide.

While a group class, on average in Dubai, can cost anywhere between Dhs80-150, for the very affordable price of Dhs68 a month on Lilyfit, you can choose to either stretch with hatha yoga or do a Latino cardio class after work on a Sunday. And don’t worry about not knowing the correct technique of a tree pose, because the instructors in these videos will show you how to get it right.

“All our instructors are fully qualified and have years of experience. We offer yoga, Pilates, body toning and dance, plus pre- and post-natal classes, too,” explains Duff. Sign us up…
