Run by the Natural Elements Spa & Fitness Centre at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre in Garhoud, the retreat includes “yogic meals” (all healthy and tasty) and a massage to ease aching limbs after all those planks and cobras (trust us, you’ll need it).
The focus is on technique
This retreat is led by instructor Lynda Johns and offers two days of yoga, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and sessions on yogic philosophy, which are enlightening and inspiring, too.
