Dubai’s first Happiness centre opens

A space for psychological and physical wellbeing comes to Business Bay

The UAE’s first happiness centre is opening up in Business Bay, offering a space for wellbeing and self-development in all walks of life.

The Mind Body Soul a Happiness Center will be offering a mixture of classes to provide visitors with the tools to create a happier state of mind. Yoga classes, meditation, group sessions and one-on-one programmes are all designed to leave guests feeling more content in all walks of life.

Mental wellbeing is a major part of the centre’s proposition, with guidance on offer to tackle issues relating to anxiety, depression, life purpose and more through a variety of means. A major part of the philosophy is to improve the body’s physical state, thus enabling a brighter and more positive mental outlook. Psychological illness is a topic that can be difficult to openly discuss, and so the MBS Happiness Center is aiming to create a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere in which guests can speak openly about their insecurities.

“We aim to create a space of safety for the individual to be heard, to express, identify sources of stress and learn powerful tools to regain control of his or her life,” says Rajeev Daswani, the creator of Mind Body Soul a Happiness Center.

Dubai is probably one of the fastest-moving and busiest cities in the world, so this is a welcome addition to the town, helping to ensure its citizens remain content, happy and secure. We can’t endorse initiatives like this enough.
