Full moon yoga at Fairmont The Palm
For a beach yoga session, visit Fairmont The Palm on Saturday November 4. The resort is running its brilliant full moon event from 8pm. There will be a 60-minute yoga class followed by 30 minutes of meditation, all run by instructor Melanie Swan.
The class costs Dhs75 and advance booking is recommended. All abilities are welcome.

HIIT with Kayla Itsines
Much-celebrated fitness fanatic Kayla Itsines is coming to Dubai for the first time and hosting a session tomorrow (Friday November 3).
Itsines will lead a specially-created 28 minute workout, inspired by her world-renowned programme at 5pm. The workout will take place at the outdoor area of Golden Mile Galleria 2 in Golden Mile Building 8 and is open to the public through free registration via the Golden Mile Galleria Facebook Page @GoldenMGalleria, through Guavapass or by calling 04 390 3333.

More full moon yoga at Sofitel The Palm
Sofitel The Palm is also hosting a full moon beach yoga session, led by yogi Digvijay Singh. It’s a 90-minute yoga and meditation session, held on the beach, costing Dhs85. Towels and water are provided but you’ll need to bring your own mat.

Urban Yoga and Talise are teaming up with the Dubai Fitness Challenge and offering up a free rooftop yoga event on Monday (November 6).
Head to Emirates Tower in DIFC for the event where you can practise some poses and chill out under the night sky.

As part of Dubai Fitness Challenge the city is staging the city’s first ever Superhero Walkathon. Don your best costume and meet up at Skydive Dubai at 3pm to walk a 3.2km route through Dubai Marina.
