Calling all vegans. There’s a special plant-friendly brunch being held next month and it’s promising a load of fiery Indonesian flavours.

The one-off banquet is the latest in Rove’s special vegan brunch series, and it will cost you a mere Dhs99.

The July edition of Vrunch is a collaboration between vegan chef Zendy Marsam and Dubai Vegan Days taking place on Saturday July 6 at Rove Healthcare City at The Daily restaurant.

The Indonesian Tumpeng menu, as it’s been called, will feature a main course platter including the likes of tumpeng (yellow rice), banana blossom curry, spiced tempeh and a load more.

The Vrunch also includes an unlimited starter salad buffet along with a gado gado steamed vegetable salad and a tujak Manis fruit salad.

Desserts include black rice pudding and tropical fruit gelato.

Pass us the tumpeng.
