The brunch consists of a three-course set menu of Thai favourites.
starters include vegetable spring rolls, steamed caramelised chicken dumpling, grilled chicken satay, green papaya salad and tom yum soup. There’s then a choice of mains including roasted duck with red curry, beef tenderloin with Thai broccoli, stir-fried chicken with cashews or pad Thai and sides including wok-fried broccoli, stir-fried bok choy and chicken-fried rice. Desserts include coconut ice cream with sweet, sticky rice or water chestnut with jack fruit, coconut syrup and crushed ice.
