Treat yourself to a bargain spa treatment this Christmas

Already feeling the strain of the festive season? We hear you. And to help you get through December, SensAsia has launched a brand-new lower-priced lifestyle menu to indulge in. So whether you’ve eaten one mince pie too many or have some post-holiday jetlag, there’s a treatment to help you relax and unwind.

Need a wake up call? New additions include The Skinny Latte (Dhs699 for 150 minutes), which includes a coffee scrub, mask and intense massage to “smooth stubborn fat deposits”. This is followed by a probiotic facial, to hydrate, strengthen and rejuvenated.

Next up is the Bali coffee scrub (Dhs375 for 60 minutes), which targets stubborn fat and stimulates circulation. This is followed by a 20-minute back massage to chill you out.

Feeling more like Santa than yourself after too many mince pies? Try the Beat the Bloat treatment (Dhs370 for 60 minutes). You’ll have a stomach exfoliation, followed by a drainage massage and a detoxifying mask.

And if you’re feeling a little jaded by late nights and too much festive food then you can try a cooling eye treatment plus an invigorating treatment using a mix of eucalyptus and rosemary oils to wake you up.

Still in the post Dubai 30x30 exercise regime? Try The Recovery (Dhs390 for 60 minutes), which aims to reduce post-workout tension with stretching and acupressure, using a signature blend of lemongrass, geranium and lavender.

The spa has also reduced the prices of its most popular treatments, including the Rapid Rub (now Dhs260), Balinease massage (Dhs375), Knead-It deep tissue massage (Dhs390), Hot Salt & Pepper body polish (Dhs375) and Urban Living package, combining a choice of body polish with a relaxing 60-minute massage (Dhs549).

“The new menu focuses on those frequent body blips that stop us in our tracks. They are the hurdles I come across myself – from headaches that won't budge, overworking and stress,” said founded Salina Handa.

“The treatments really are created and approved by me, and they are passed into the spas, truly, with the objective of fixing the real issues and lightening the load that comes with today’s lifestyles.”
