Musically inclined, or just like to make a racket every now and then?
Round up the family for an evening of guided drumming under the stars and the full moon on Friday December 13.
As well as multiple drum circles, the evening also includes – drum roll (ahem, ahem) – a barbecue dinner with a festive twist, camel rides, a belly dancing show, a fire dancer, sand boarding and plenty of family-friendly activities including face painting and henna.
If you fancy a tipple there will be a cash bar otherwise soft drinks and are included in the price.
There’s even set to be a special appearance from Santa himself who’ll be rocking up, in true Dubai style, on a camel.
You can drive your own car to the desert edge and they’ll be providing four wheel vehicles and drivers to take you to the camp.
Drums are also provided and if you have never drummed before, don't worry – experts will be on hand and by the end of the evening you’ll be fully inducted into the drumming tribe.
