Head to a winter wonderland in the Arabian Desert

On Christmas Day, Monday December 25, children can enjoy activities including pony and camel rides, face-painting and falconry displays, while the sounds of Christmas carols and music from a live band set the mood. Qasr Al Sultan will be seasonally adorned with decorations, and Santa Claus himself is expected to pay a visit, gifts in tow.

Meanwhile, on New Year’s Eve, Sunday December 31, expect a stellar celebration under the stars, with fantastic food, extraordinary entertainment and a show-stopping fireworks display. Peruse the Grand Food Bazaar, witness live performances by traditional Arabian singers, tanoura dancers and a live international band. There’s also the opportunity to visit Dukan Zaman to learn about ancient Middle Eastern traditions, with packages including falcon displays for the kids.

There’s no experience quite like these to end the year with in Dubai.
