Rashid Hospital Pharmacy is running an initiative to donate unexpired medicines to the needy. Spare or unused medicines, pills, creams, cough mixtures and medical equipment can be donated to the hospital.

Tango dance mornings
Start Thursday mornings with a quick step, and learn the energetic and expressive Latin Tango. The class is for beginners and no latin dance experience is necessary but dancers should be able to move confidently.

With the support of the Dubai Government and Dubai Health Authority, donors can give blood in a safe, clean environment. All donors will receive refreshments and a goody bag.

Volunteer to walk homeless dogs
K9 Friends are on the lookout for animal-loving, confident volunteers willing to help walk the pups waiting for new homes in their kennels. There are also many more roles to fill. Get in touch.

Learn about the Raymee Grief Centre
Held every other week at The LightHouse Arabia, Raymee Grief Center hosts a support group for those who have experienced a bereavement. All attendees must have an intake interview with one of the centre’s counsellors before they can join.

Riding for the Disabled
Dubai’s Riding for the Disabled organisation is in need of volunteers to assist as side-walkers or leaders during therapeutic riding lessons.
