Dubai International Kite Festival
Part of the Dubai Shopping Festival, this creative community event invites everyone to come and fly a kite or watch the colourful displays at Kite Beach. A world record attempt will take place on Saturday January 31, with more than 15,000 participants flying kites simultaneously at 15 or more locations across Dubai.
