Cat adoption extravaganza at Animal Specialist Clinic

The event is the perfect chance to welcome a furry friend to your home

Cat adoption extravaganza at Animal Specialist Clinic

If you’re planning on adopting a feline friend, you’ll want to head down over to the Animal Specialist Clinic this weekend.

From Thursday June 14 to Sunday June 17, the clinic will be hosting a cat adoption extravaganza to help the cats and kittens find a home. We’re not kitten around here (apologies).

When it comes to choosing a beloved pet, it would be hard to not opt for the irresistibly cute paws and boop-able noses of cats.

For eight hours every day, between 11am and 7pm, people can choose from a selection of cats and kittens, along with an onsite vet to answer any pending questions before welcoming the cat(s) to your home.

If you plan on ogling at the felines for a while, there will also be cups of coffee and slices of cake on offer. Check out its Facebook page for more details.

The clinic has also recently done a big move to Villa One opposite Sandcastle Nursery in Jumeirah.

In celebration of the clinic’s new move, pet owners can also neuter or spray their cats for Dhs130 until the end of June.

They’re independent creatures that very much like doing their own thing, except for an occasional cuddle here and there.

If you’re in the middle ground and plan on fostering instead, Time Out Dubai gave it a go, and found wondrous success with one of us actually adopting the big ball of fur.

This weekend will also be filled with Eid al-Fitr events, so be sure to check out our list of events so you can make the most out of the next four days.

Free. Thu Jun 14- Sun Jun 17, 11am-7pm. Villa One, opposite Sandcastle Nursery, Jumeirah 1 (04 343 5540).
