Beauty Breakfast launching new event this weekend

There’s a new art and culture-filled Beauty Breakfast coming to town.

Taking place this weekend on Friday February 21, the monthly event for ladies will see the book launch from host and holistic coach Nigora Normatova.

The book, ‘Wake Up! A 5-week guide to a self-healing self-loving journey’, is a step-by-step guide for a "more balanced self", featuring diet tips, yoga advice, breathing techniques and recipes.

As for brekkie, expect a spread of different dishes, with vegetarian and vegans options available.

Along with breakfast, expect a ceramic artist, Mayra Correa, who will hold a mini-workshop on creating clay incense holders.

Make room for something sweet, as there will also be a cake-tasting session hosted by baker Annika D’Souza, who doesn’t just make cakes to tuck into, but also turns them into a piece of art.

Interested in the book? You'll be able to get a signed copy, take an incense holder home and even get the chance to win a box of freshly-baked cookies. Don’t feel guilty, they’re all healthy.

The Beauty Breakfast kicks off at 10am until noon at the XVA Gallery in the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood.
