Here’s what you can see in DECEMBER...

Dec 12: The Nutcracker and I
This is The Nutracker like you’ve never seen it before – as the story is brought to life by exquisite hand-drawn animations with live music. During the performance, pianist Alexandra Dariescu presents her wonderful take on the much-loved tale through an incredible fusion of reality and technology. Featuring arrangements of classics such as Sugar Plum Fairy, Pas de Deux and the Flower Waltz, it will leave you feeling as though you’re a part of The Nutcracker.
From Dhs125. Dec 12, 6pm & 8.30pm.

Dec 13-15: Jingle Bell Favourites
Although we might not exactly be dashing through the snow here in Dubai, Jingle Bells is back for the third year running due to popular demand. With morning, matinée and evening performances, expect live entertainment, delicious Christmas treats from the Opera Café, dancing in aisles and singing to top tunes including Jingle Bell Rock, Frosty the Snowman, Let It Snow and more.
From Dhs175. Dec 13, 8pm. Dec 14, 11am, 3pm & 8pm. Dec 15, 2pm & 7pm.

Dec 31: New Year’s Eve Black and White Party
The celebrations start at 7pm with live music by Chinua Hawk Band playing a variety of hits from Michael Jackson to Ed Sheeran. As festivities carry on, DJ Said Mrad and DJ C will keep guests up on their feet mixing their best tunes until 2am. Guests will count down to midnight while being treated to the most spectacular fireworks and water fountain shows at the foot of the Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world – with a reserved viewing area in the heart of the action.
