Year of Tolerance exhibition reveals UAE's past

If you haven't yet seen the Year of Tolerance exhibition at The Galleria in Abu Dhabi, now's your chance.

The display, which features rare images of the development of the UAE, has now been extended until Thursday August 15.

The exhibition at the Al Maryah Island shopping destination includes dozens of images of Sheikh Zayed, each taken during key moments in the country's history.

Provided by the National Archives, spanning from 1965 to 1990, the images will help visitors understand the Founding Father’s lasting legacy and the idea behind the Year of Tolerance.

If you want to get a glimpse into what life was like in Abu Dhabi in the past, then this exhibition is the place to be.
