Dubai is brimming with musical acts and talent and The Fridge is giving you the chance to be serenaded by some of the best.

The very best local and regional choirs are coming together at ChoirFest Middle East 2019 to show off their dulcet tones in unison.

Taking place at Dubai Opera on Saturday March 9, the huge concert will feature singers from around the world, ranging from a six-year-old kid to an experienced 76-year-old.

ChoirFest will feature “a vast range of musical style”, including winners of the 2019 Choir of the Year competition and finalists of the UAE secondary school competition.

The event will kick off at 3pm and end at around 7pm, with tickets ranging from Dhs70 for silver seats to Dhs120 for the VIP treatment.

ChoirFest was founded in 2013, and has since brought together choral societies, school and university choirs, acappella groups and chamber choirs from around the region.

Its huge gala concert has brought in musical talents from UAE, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and Jordan.

Movie buffs and lovers of iconic musical scores will be delighted to know Dubai Opera has announced Harry Potter and The Godfather in concert, where a live orchestra will be playing the both movies complete score.
