Head here for make-up, sunscreen, supplements, and a whole lot besides. A reliable spot for grabbing the antiperspirant / toothbrush / paracetamol / face wipes you’ve forgotten to pack before heading to the airport.

Dubai Duty Free

Spread throughout Dubai International Airport’s three terminals, Dubai Duty Free is the dominant retailer in each concourse, with a variety of stores catering to a range of segments. Dubai Duty Free has dedicated shops and counters for everything from perfume and books to chocolate and electronics, in addition to tobacco and liquor. It also runs regular raffles, including the Millennium Millionaire draw (with a $1 million prize) which launched in 1999, and Finest Surprise Car and Finest Surprise Bike draws, with tickets available to purchase within the airport as well as online through Dubai Duty Free’s website. Keep an eye out for regular promotions throughout the year, and a much-anticipated December sale, announced nearer the time each year, with substantial discounts on top products over a period of two-to-three days.

Le Clos

This award-winning fine beverage retailer has branches throughout Dubai International Airport’s Terminals 1 and 3, and offers a number of fantastic services, including in-store tastings on selected grape and short measures in Departures, and complimentary bottle engraving to help you personalise a gift. Bottles start from around Dhs100 upwards, and including classic grape varieties from around the world, from France to Italy, Australia to America. There’s also a huge range of juniper drinks and malt beverages from the likes of Scotland and Japan. Finally, if you order before flying out, or online prior to your arrival in Dubai, Le Clos will meet you in DXB Arrivals with your bottles as part of its Click & Collect service.
