We all love a good cinema snack to munch on, but sometimes a box of popcorn just won’t cut it.
Luckily for us, cinemas around the city are ready to whip up an absolute feast.
We’re not just talking about a simple plate of chips here, we’re talking quality dining with menus crafted by celebrity chefs, all in a luxury setting. Oh, and way-too-comfortable seats.
So if you’re hungry for a proper feed but can’t wait any longer to see the latest flick on the silver screen, look no further than these places below.
Guy Fieri’s Kitchen
Reel Cinemas has teamed up with US TV chef Guy Fieri again for the fourth collaboration. The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host brings his signature American comfort food, but with a twist – as you can order your meal and enjoy it while watching the latest blockbuster. There are three screens with the dine-in option and two where you can just stick to good ol’ cinema treats.
From Dhs85. Open daily 12.30pm-1am. The Pointe, The Palm Jumeirah, firstname.lastname@example.org.
THEATRE by Rhodes
Need some place to eat that’s not a food court? Enter THEATRE by Rhodes – the UAE’s first gold class cinema with a menu devised by celebrity chef Gary Rhodes. This isn’t just somewhere to get burger and chips, we’re talking quality dining. Expect Rhodes’ lobster, chicken Caesar tacos, foie gras panini and plenty more. Also, comfortable seating is always a plus, but just try not to fall asleep.
