This November, star of the Netflix series, Chef’s Table: Pastry, chef Will Goldfarb, is visiting Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort for an exclusive three-day event that celebrates the chef’s culinary genius.
Experience a bespoke seven-course amuse-bouche tasting menu with both sweet and savoury bites, expertly paired with exquisite beverages. The limited-seating occasion is running from Friday November 15 to Sunday November 17 at The Lotus Lounge.
Chef Will Goldfarb, who was named The World’s Best Pastry Chef of 2021, is flying in from Bali where he runs the beautiful Room4Dessert restaurant to share his (delicious) work with all of us.
His inventive flair for desserts is common knowledge in the industry. The dishes are avant-garde and thought-provoking but it also includes a bit of quirk. So we can’t wait to see what he’s got in store for this one-of-a-kind evening.

Held at The Lotus Lounge which sits beside the Arabian Gulf, each dining experience costing just Dhs250 will take place from 7pm to 10pm. The drinks which are handpicked to pair well with the dishes are charged additionally.
