Kids eat free at Günaydin Turkish restaurant

Eatery is treating little ones on Turkey's National Children’s Day

Kids eat free at Günaydin Turkish restaurant

We love it when kids get to eat free, and one Turkish restaurant is about to make our wishes come true.

Souk Al Bahar eatery Günaydin is treating kids to free meals on April 23, so you can bring your little ones to the restaurant and feast on Turkish dishes of all sorts – including meats, grilled seafood or a simple, very cheesy pita.

At the restaurant, which is owned by the same company as Nusr-Et, you’ll tear your eyes away from dancing jets of water and feast them on a huge display of different cuts and kebabs instead, with chefs firing through orders in an action-packed open kitchen.

There’s as much Turkish cuisine on the menu as liberally seasoned steak. From an enormous (really, it’s huge) list offering everything from Anatolian mezze to pides, steaks and burgers to pages and pages of kebabs, it’s quite a read.

Don’t forget to try the alinazik kebab – rich skewers of minced lamb on top of a smoky, tangy medley of yoghurt, aubergine and garlic. It’s a specialty at Günaydin…

Whether it’s the Fountain view or food options, we’ve got a feeling this kids eat free deal is one that’s bound to please the pickiest of eaters.
Free. Apr 23. Open Sat-Wed, noon-1am, Thu-Fri 9am-1pm. Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai (04 554 0700).
