Celebrate Mexican Children’s Day at La Tablita

Mexican Children’s Day is coming up and there’s a Dubai restaurant that’s going all out to celebrate this very special occasion for little ones. Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights’ La Tablita is launching a “fiesta” on Thursday April 25 which will be filled with exciting games, surprises and street food.

At the party, food will be served street style, with live stations brimming with Mexican favourites including tacos with a twist, guacamole, ceviche and (lots and lots) of yum chips. For dessert mums, dads and kiddies alike will feast on chocolatey churros and tres leches cake, a treat that’s infused with three types of milk.

The highlight of the party will be a very special traditional piñata, a candy-filled container often made of papier-mâché or cloth. Plus, games and music for the whole night for young ones to sing and dance to – and even a mariachi singer.

Originally celebrated in schools, La Tablita is bringing the vibrant concept to Dubai so kiddies can party and have fun at a unique event, and learn more about a different culture, too.

The restaurant offers 16 variations of chilies and guacamole imported from Mexico, a taqueria (solely dedicated to glorious tacos), as well as quesadillas, nachos and fajitas throughout the whole year. We’ve got a feeling mums and dads will want to check it out, too. Arriba, amigos, arriba.
Dhs180 (adults), Dhs80 (kids). Apr 25, 7pm-1am. Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights (04 553 1212).
