When the first pip of the referee’s whistle blows at 11pm (Dubai time) on Friday August 9 when last season’s runners-up Liverpool take on newly-promoted Norwich City, another ten-month campaign in one of the world’s most fiercely-contested (and lucrative) football leagues begins. Dubai bars have been getting ready for kick off, and we have the best places to watch every match.
To quote one of the most-famous moments of Premier League history: drink it in!
