Sometimes takeaways in Dubai mean pizzas in front of Netflix, a feast of curries at home or a burger on the sofa. But sometimes you fancy something a little lighter and healthier when it comes to eating. Whether you’re looking to get fit and healthy, are vegan or veggie, or just want something tasty and good for you, there are heaps of food deliveries in Dubai ready to bring you a healthy meal to your door. We’ve rounded up the top places to order a healthy takeaway from here in Dubai, with our top picks of dishes, too. And if you’re looking for healthy meal plans or DIY cooking boxes – click here.
Balance Avo on toast, gluten-free pancakes, spring rolls and grilled fish. Everything on Balance’s menu yells “healthy”. Especially the “lean burgers and sandwiches” section. We love finding burgers that are totally guilt free, burgers that are so good that they’re actually recommended by professional personal trainers as food that you can have on your cheat day (without really cheating). And the burgers from Balance (a Deliveroo exclusive kitchen), will give you that warm and fuzzy feeling. From veggies to beef, chicken to salmon, have it in a bun or a lettuce wrap, and the latter sort of gives you justification to double down on the patty, too. Win, win.
If you only order one thing… Veggie burger. This will warm your cockles, thanks to its spiced wheat patty crammed with mashed up veggies and topped with cheddar cheese, onions and tomatoes. Various locations including City Walk and JLT. On Deliveroo.

Little Erth by Nabz & G There’s no shortage of healthy eateries in JLT, yet Little Erth by Nabz & G (formerly Urth by Nabz & G), is one of the best around – especially for vegans. However, the food is surprisingly “normal” with items on the menu such as paella, burgers and risotto. And if you’re plant-based there’s even vegan cheese made with tofu, cashew cream and dill.
