The company was founded in 2012 by professional actress, singer and writer Hayley Doyle, who trained at Paul McCartney’s Fame School in the UK. With Hayley taking every class herself, the company has a small and personal feel.
Suitable for kids between 8 and 13 years old, the new class will help to develop your little thespian’s skills on stage, with time spent on improvisation, comedy, storytelling and more. Starlets can expect each week to be jam-packed full of exciting games.

Phoenix Rising are experts in teaching yoga to kids, with these new classes designed to help little yogis find calm and balanced minds. With a unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, and Acro-Yoga movements, the 45-minute programme also aims to develop healthy breathing, maintain and improve flexibility and strengthen muscles and tendons.

Designed to help the growth and development of babies and toddlers through music (starting at just 4 months old), you can expect a different story every week under the ‘Teds Wonderland’ theme, with titles including ‘Teds in Beds’, ‘Teds in Grubs’ and ‘Teds in Pressies’. Although pricier than other activities in our guide, the fee is amongst the lowest you will find for expert parental guidance in Dubai. Through the informal 4-week programme, you will be helped to form realistic expectations of your toddler’s behaviour, sleep, and eating habits. By learning how to see the world from their perspective, you will learn how to form empathy and find successful ways of communicating. You will be taught effective tools to prevent and shorten tantrums, aid sleep, and promote better eating habits – all worth their weight in gold when you are in the midst of those infamous supermarket tantrums.
The course is run by Jasmine Collin; a trained Doula, qualified HynoBirthing Practitioner, and qualified BabyCalm™ and ToddlerCalm™ teacher. Through the classes, Jasmine’s aim is to guide parents through a pathway from birth and early parenthood, making the journey calm, joyful, and fulfilling.
