It’s been a long summer, and here at Time Out Dubai we’re all about the bargains. So if you fancy a staycay, but are light on the cash, a brand-new hotel in Al Seef has the answer.

Al Seef Hotel by Jumeirah is offering rooms for just Dhs250 as part of its opening deal. The best news? The offer runs until the end of November.

Not only will you be set down by the Creek, perfectly positioned to explore Bur Dubai, the hotel itself has a historic design, inspired by Arabian heritage.

A stay at the hotel will usually set you back Dhs500, so you’re getting a 50 percent discount, too.

You can nab yourself a room from Saturday September 15 all the way up to Friday November 30.

Located in small clusters of two to three buildings, the 22 homes with 200 rooms are joined by a bridge that “provides a walkway above the souk and sharing a common courtyard”. Interiors reflect its Arabian heritage of pearl diving, trading and crafts.

The hotel is situated in the second phase of Al Seef on a 2km promenade on the south bank of Dubai Creek.

“By having the 200 rooms spread over 22 separated buildings, areas of personal peace are created, so it will feel like staying in someone’s home,” said area general manager at Jumeirah Group Alessandro Cabella.

“The property pays homage to the age-old days of the region, offering a relaxing choice for inquisitive, quality-conscious travellers who appreciate authenticity.”

There’s plenty to do around Al Seef besides exploring the history and culture of Dubai, plus there are several new restaurants to try, including Silver Beach Café and KHOFO. As well as trendy Lebanese bar and restaurant 961lb and burger chain Five Guys.

If you’re on the hunt for the perfect staycation this summer, we have 71 incredible deals that may just take your fancy.

What are you waiting for?

Dhs250 per night. Offer valid Sat Sep 15-Fri Nov 30. Al Seef, Dubai Creek (04 364 7777).
