Dubai developer Omniyat has revealed what the Dorchester hotel to know more. will look like when it launches in Dubai - and it's spectacular.

The luxurious design for the new resort was revealed at a black tie gala event at the end of last week.

The images show a gorgeous space for future guests and residents, with a private glass-panelled swimming pool so you can peek underwater.

There is also plenty of sun-soaked lounge seating, as well as a rooftop terrace overlooking Dubai’s pristine skyline.

Not only did Omniyat show off a sneak peek of what the lush hotel will look like, but the developers revealed luxury apartments named Private Residences and managed by Dorchester Collection itself.

Omniyat used the evening to announce that the project is being designed by award-winning architectural firm Foster + Partners.

It will be bringing the historical brand to the banks of The Dubai Water Canal, and based at Marasi - which is also where you’ll find Dubai’s stunning water villas.

Mahdi Amjad, CEO and executive chairman of Omniyat, had this to say during the evening: “This was a very special evening to look back at Omniyat’s past, celebrate its present and look forward to the next decade.

"Our partnership with Dorchester Collection is a key moment in the company’s history, and it was a pleasure to reveal the project’s design to all our investors and partners on this special evening.”
