Little ones under 12 get a meal and milk treat

Free kids' dishes and babycinos at The Coffee Club

Mums and dads, you can now have your morning coffee and not have to worry about the kiddies.

Australian café The Coffee Club has an offer in store for families this summer where kids under 12 can eat for free from the kids’ menu.

With every adult's main course ordered, the kids can take their pick from a special menu that includes favourites such as penne Bolognese, fish and chips, club sandwiches, pancakes and French toast sticks.

Younger ones also get their very own babycino to sip on – just so they’re not eyeing that grown-up mocha latte and demanding a taste.

If you’re not familiar with the tiny drink, it’s hot milk that has been frothed up with pressurised steam, much like a creamy foam pillow, so fear not, there are no scary extra espresso shots here.

The café also hosts entertainment activities to keep the kids busy and engaged including colouring competitions, face painting and more.

Parents can choose from a variety of starters, mains and desserts including the new fried eggs on naan and zaatar grilled chicken, plus the ever-popular big breakfast, salmon niçoise pesto and cinnamon French toast.

The café also serves power bowls for brunch and vegetarian pizza, pasta and burger.

In need of a coffee? Join the club, and take the kids.
Prices vary. Ongoing. Various locations including Wasl Vita Mall, Al Wasl (04 344 3676).
