New school pick-up and drop-off service launched

How’s that school run going? Well, if it’s as hectic as ever, you’ll be happy to know that in-home care provider Emirates Home Nursing has launched a new school pick-up and drop-off service in partnership with Careem.

The provider, which also offers newborn and childcare services, will be operating the Salamah offering through qualified, experienced nurses who will be doing the pick-up and drop-off. Parents can book with a 30 percent discount on rides (not valid on the GoPilot, Box and roadside assistance vehicles).

Mums and dads can also choose Careem Kids for cars that come equipped with car seats, ready for baby to take that ride in style all the way to nursery and back. Vehicles come fitted with a top-of-the-range, ISO-fixed, Cybex Sirona car seat provided by Mamas & Papas, which can be adjusted for newborns and is safe for kids up to four years of age.

Emirates Home Nursing staff are all trained and certified in Basic Life Support and First Aid. Through the provider’s care service, professionals can also come to your home to supervise the kids and engage them in structured play while continuously monitoring their diet, development and sleeping patterns.

Bookings for the Salameh service need to be made two hours in advance, for a minimum of four hours. Finally, no more looking for parking. Now, if there was only a homework service too...
