Wavebreaker rolls out family daycation deal

Who doesn’t love a good daycation deal? Hilton Dubai Jumeirah’s Wavebreaker Beach Club is launching an offer during the Eid al-Fitr holiday that gives families pool and beach access for Dhs99. What’s more, you can redeem the voucher at the hotel’s dining venues.

Whether it’s the chilled out Wavebreaker Beach and Grill for some hearty mains (there’s a two-kilogram burger on the menu), BiCE Ristorante for the authentic pizzas and pastas, or Trader Vic’s, Oceana or McGettigan’s JBR, you’ll be pretty much spoilt for choice.

Kiddies aged six to 12 get access for only Dhs49 and tiny tots under five go free – so don’t worry about the wallet as it’s the more, the merrier this holiday.

A four-day public holiday for Eid al-Fitr has been announced by UAE officials. The break is expected to start on Tuesday June 4 – the last day of Ramadan – depending on moon sighting.

It will then run for three further days, meaning the possibility of a five-day weekend for workers who get Friday and Saturday off.

According to an announcement by the government earlier this year, the holiday will apply for both public and private sector officials.

Dhs99 (adults), Dhs49 (kids aged six to 12), free (kids under five). Jun 4-8, 9am onwards. JBR, The Walk, Dubai (04 318 2999).
