A Mums-only fitness event is coming to Dubai World Trade Centre

Okay Mummys, it's time to put yourselves first. A fitness event aimed at you and your tiny tots is taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre on Thursday December 5.

Dubai Active's four-hour-long event will focus on wellness and activities specifically for mums and their little ones.

Running from 10am to 2pm, the morning promises an educational insight into wellness and fitness for parents, babies and toddlers and will include fun and active classes, informative panel discussions, workshops, baby yoga classes, the chance to network (and share baby stories) with other mums, plus loads more.

First up is a free workshop on baby weaning hosted by Malaak Mama & Baby Care at 10.30am, followed by a yoga sessions for bit and mini yogis at 11.30am.

Next up is a not for the faint-hearted Carry Baby Fit class, which lets time-strapped mums work out while carrying their baby – no excuses.

At 12.30pm Dubai Active is hosting a panel discussion about staying fit and healthy during pregnancy and then, to round things up, mums can dance in a Zumba class at 1.30pm.

Alongside the main schedule, F45 Jumeirah Beach, Reform Athletica, Kibsons and Lorna Jane will be running various fun-filled activities.

Put your athleisure wear to good use Mums of Dubai!
