You've heard of Pilates, you've heard of mummy and baby Pilates, but what about Pilates with your dog? It's certainly a new one for us.

But here it is. On Saturday January 25 from 4pm to 5pm you can take your fur baby along to the first ever Science of Happy Puppy Pilates class of 2020.

The hour-long session hosted by The Animal Agency and Phoenix Rising is open to anyone over 18 (so book a babysitter mums and dads) who can take along any small- to medium-sized pooches (vaccination records will be requested ahead of the event).

The paw-some session will be run by advanced Pilates and yoga instructor Kirsty MacPherson-Wright and promises a complete workout for pet owners and their doggy buddies.

Suitable for adults over the age of 18 with their small and medium-sized dogs, owners must supply a copy of the dog's vaccination book ahead of the event.

So give puppy pilates a go... It's a thing. We promise we aren't barking mad.
Free. Sat Jan 25, 4pm-5pm. 2feet 4 paws, Golden Mile 4, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, enquiries@animalagencyuae.com.
