A new martial arts school is opening for kids

A brand-new school opening in Dubai on Sunday March 15, where kids can learn a range of martial arts... Wax on, wax off!

Heroes Academy uses a holistic approach to teach little ones various skills and techniques needed in a variety of martial arts disciplines.

The Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing and Karate classes are tailored to three groups: kids between six and 14, teens over 15, and even Mums and Dads, too.

Plus, each of the programmes are part of a progressive curriculum and are internationally recognised and accredited by the governing federations of each sport.

So once they get into it, they can start to progress through the various stages and belt colours.

But it's not just about the fighting, it's about nurturing mini minds through meditation and yoga for martial arts. Time to find your zen kiddos.

Parents can choose to enrol their little people on a class-by-class basis or can sign them up to a full programme. And if you've got more than one ninja warrior wannabe in the family, sibling and family packages are available too.

Now everybody can start kung fu fighting...
Sun-Thu 9am-9pm, Fri-Sat 9am-noon, Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai, www.heroesacademy.ae (055 1741196 / 050 911 8074 ).
