Time Out UAE Kids The Talk episode three is now live on YouTube

The third episode of Time Out UAE Kids The Talk is now live on YouTube.

You can watch episode three of the weekly chat show on our YouTube channel where Time Out Kids UAE editor, Kelly Johnstone, talks to two guests about kid's fitness and exercise

When restrictions were imposed across the UAE in March, sports providers were one of the first to be closed down, with schools following shortly after.

These closures, combined with subsequent restrictions on outdoor activity for children, and more recently rising temperatures, have taken their toll on kid's fitness levels.

Meghan Thomas, a sports coach at My Sports Academy, and the co-founder of Phoenix Rising, Kirsty MacPherson, provide some top suggestions to help parents keep their little children and their teens active.
