New youth rugby club launches in Dubai

Kids super fans of rugby? There’s good news for Dubai parents as there’s a brand-new rugby club in town.

Dubai Falcons is Dubai’s newest rugby club, and focuses on grassroots rugby and developing future talent.

The club is open for kids from four to 18, and the fees of Dhs1,150 for 48 weeks of rugby.

“Our passion is to educate children aged four to 18 about the love of the game,” said a spokesman. “Our club’s sole focus is on mini and youth and creating a fun, family atmosphere.

“We have aimed to keep the club fees reasonable given the current economic climate. Our coaches are World Rugby and COVID-19 certified and bring a wealth of experience to the club. They are eager to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of rugby talent.”

In the off-season Dubai Falcons will focus on touch rugby and agility training, to help children maintain the skills they develop during the rugby season, as well as keeping them fit throughout the year.

That's your sports fan happy.
