Rugby Club the Dubai Falcons has an exciting new home

Got kids who like to tackle, ruck and scrum? Dubai has a brand-new rugby club with an awesome training ground.

Dubai Falcons Rugby Club has announced that it will hold its training sessions at Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club

The partnership means a whole host of exclusive benefits and discounts for members of the UAE's newest youth rugby club.

During training times, all Dubai Falcons RFC members will get 20 percent discount on already discounted items at The Polo Bar in The Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club.

But that's not all, because the club will host a members barbecue every Friday between 10am and 2pm with rugby being shown on the big screens in the bar.

In addition, new floodlights are being put up over the training pitches to allow for sessions to run into the early evening after the sun has gone down.

As an added bonus, one of the club's sponsors, Freedom Pizza, will be giving away vouchers for members on the first day of training.

The club, which is open for kids between four and 18 offers 48 weeks of rugby for a fee of Dhs1,150, with training sessions taking place on Sunday and Wednesday nights as well as Friday mornings.

Once the main season comes to an end, off-season training will focus on tough rugby and agility training with a view to helping players maintain the skills and fitness levels they have obtained throughout the rugby season.
