The only eatery in town where kids can slurp their food without parental finger-wagging, the Noodle House propels kids’ menus way beyond the cursory offerings of other establishments. Featuring starters, soups, specialities and desserts, the lengthy junior menu is a great way to broaden your nipper’s palate. Ours gobbled up a trio of dim sum, before having fun (and making a mess) with their noodles, served plain with sweet and sour sauce on the side.
For pud, we heartily recommend the deep fried banana. Grown-ups are well catered for with an even more extensive adult menu featuring pack-a-punch wasabi prawns, laksa and mee goreng. No kids’ activities per se, little diners will love the hustle and bustle of the long tables and the staff are warm and welcoming. There’s almost always a queue, but it’s worth waiting for.
