We love the spate of fantastic musicals that are hitting Dubai right now, and it would be a real shame if you missed out on this one – it’s based on the Shakespeare classic Romeo & Juliet. Set in America in the ’50s, Leonard Bernstein musical West Side Story tells the tale of two warring gangs in New York City. The strife is intensified when Maria, the sister of one gang leader, falls in love with a rival gang member. It can only end
in tears. Expect lots of wonderful songs, and a real tear-jerking performance from the cast.

FREE! Chowder debuts at Dubai Festival City
Pop down to Festival City to see the stars of Emmy-winning US animated series Chowder live on stage. The television series, which screens on Cartoon Network, debuts in Dubai with this exciting and interactive show. Based on Chowder’s hilarious first episode, ‘The Froggy Apple Crumple Thumpkin’, the performance will feature the crazy antics of the character Mung Daal, along with music, singing, dancing, and interactive cooking.
