Fun at Kidville
Korner Kidville is offering fun, educational classes all summer, including arts, crafts, gym time, music and dance sessions, enrichment classes and more.

Thursday 4

Tiny tyke fun at Tiny Town
Join the Tiny Town team in Jumeirah Lake Towers for activity sessions every Thursday. Choose from arts and crafts, role-play games, puppet shows, disco party fun and much more.

Friday 5

Raffles Roast
Round up the brood and head to Raffles for the last roast of the summer. Tuck in to traditional British fare from themed stations like The Greasy Spoon Café and The Fish and Chip Shop. The kids will keel over with joy at the sight of the candy stations.

Culinary kid’s festival
Caboodle is breaking the “don’t play with your food” rule today with a mini foodies event. Kids can create their own rice crispy balls; dip their own mini ice lollies in a multitude of toppings and dips, skewer fruit kebabs, and concoct their own fruit juices.

Saturday 6

Smurf Invasion
Playnation will be taken over by The Smurfs in celebration of Global Smurfs Day. The traditional Smurfs mushroom house will be on-site to give kids a flavour of the real Smurfs’ Village and there will be plenty of themed activities too, plus the chance for a meet and greet with furry blue friends.
Free. 5pm-7pm, Playnation at Mirdif City Centre.

Swimming lessons at Jumeirah Creekside
Conducted by internationally trained swimming instructors, parents and kids can learn how to swim a few lengths this summer and have fun at the same time.
Prices start from Dhs60 for 45 minutes. Classes run from 6am-11pm (04 283 3370).

Sunday 7

Day camp at Falcon Juniors’
This fully equipped kids activity centre at Fairmont The Palm, designed specifically with active little ones in mind, is offering day summer camps with a different theme every day.
Dhs850 per child per day. 1pm-5pm. Running until Aug 29. (04 457 3331).

Monday 8

Fun Day Monday at Fun City
This unique concept across all Fun City branches is perfect for little monsters hungry for play time. They can enjoy all the games, rides and machines at just Dhs1 per game.

Tuesday 9

Half price play at Magic Planet
Every Tuesday, kids get an incredible 50 per cent off all rides and games, including ride-on gizmos and lots more at Magic Planet branches in Mirdif City Centre, Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre. (04 341 4444).
