Fun times at Fun City, Ibn Battuta
Round up the brood and make a date at Fun City. Kids aged one to 12 can enjoy a wide variety of fun activities.

Thursday 1

FREE Zumba classes
Get the little monsters moving with free Zumba classes at Tribefit. While the kids enjoy the fun-filled class, parents can take part in a group class or enjoy the great gym facilities.
Free for members. Non-members can sign up for a free trial to avail of offer. Running until September 30th. Suitable for kids aged three to eight. Every Sunday at 9am, Tuesday at 10am and Thursday at 9am. (800 TRIBE).

Friday 2

Teach the kids to ice-skate
Help them find their legs and they’ll be whizzing around the rink in no time at all. Dubai Ice Rink offers special sessions for tots under 100cm tall that includes ice time, skate hire and a protective crash helmet.

Hit the Alpine slopes
Round up the brood and take refuge from the soaring summer heat for a couple of hours in the alpine slopes of Ski Dubai. Take a skiing lesson, hang out with some super cute penguins or go on a chairlift ride up the slopes. (800-FUN).

Saturday 3

Time Out Kids exclusive screening of The Smurfs 2
We’re so excited to announce that we will be hosting an exclusive screening of The Smurfs 2 just for Time Out Kids readers before it officially arrives in the cinema. Families at the screening can look forward to yummy popcorn and refreshments, some free Smurf merchandise and a special appearance by Elliott the Bear and some of his furry blue friends.

Thrills and spills at Sega Republic
Let the nippers unleash their daredevil spirit at The Dubai Mall’s indoor theme park, Sega Republic. The one-stop shop for adventure has boosted its portfolio with four new rides including ‘Xyclone’ and ‘Robotnik’ – bound to provide the ultimate rush for miniature thrill seekers.

Monday 5

Fitness Fun at Creche Out
Bring the brood to this fun class full of physical movement and exciting games. They will gain greater body control while learning about balance, co-ordination and gross motor skills, while having lots of fun.

Tuesday 6

Drop and shop at Caboodle
Need to do some shopping at Dubai Mall without the kids dragging their heels? Drop them off at Caboodle’s safe and supervised play area for fun and games while you run your errands in peace. Each child benefits from one-on-one supervision and there are lots of fun activities to keep them happy and occupied, such as dress-up, painting and a soft play area.
