Bring the children for a meal at Jamie’s Italian in Festival City or to the new branch at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The little nippers can eat for free weekly, Sunday to Thursday from 11am-4pm.

Family Fun Day at Al Tamimi Stables
Get up close with over 500 exotic and domestic animals at this great day out for families. With pony rides, bouncy castles, magic shows, eco-friendly arts and crafts, it’s not to be missed.

Infants go free at Kidzania
Bring tiny tots and toddlers to KidZania for some kid-themed, grown-up fun. They go free for the month of February, which will no doubt ensure endless visits and hours of fun. Free for infants aged two and under, Dhs95 for adults. KidZania,The Dubai Mall, (04 448 5222).

Have a birthday party at The Fridge
The large warehouse space at The Fridge can cater up to 100 kids and offers a wide range of live entertainment options from wonderful roaming characters to jugglers and magicians to keep them transfixed. Prices on request.

Thrills and spills at Sega Republic
