Starting just after 5.30am, the dhows usually arrive at the finish line before midday.

You take care of yourselves,” says state-of-the-art gym, Fit Republic, as they launch their new playground designed for keeping toddlers busy while parents get fit, chill out or grab an hour to run some errands. The play zone, which is open to both members and non-members, will cater for children aged one to four and includes a swing, slide, mini climbing wall and crafts center. There is no time limit on the number of hours you can book and children will be supervised by the friendly, fully-trained Fit Republik Team.
