More exciting details have emerged from LEGOLAND Dubai, one of the six exciting elements of the Dubai Parks And Resorts theme park opening later this year.
Having earlier this year become the first from motiongate Dubai and Bollywood Parks to complete a rollercoaster, the iconic brand has now revealed Lost Kingdom Adventure, which will be the hearbeat of the park.
An absolute haven for kids, the interactive ride 'invites young explorers on an escapade through ruins to recover a pharaoh’s stolen treasure', and uses high-tech lasers to fully immerse riders in the experience.
Targeted at children aged 2-12, it is one of the most advanced rides inside LEGOLAND and features life-like lego models of cobras, jackals, skeletons, mummies and more.
The park have also confirmed details of some of the other rides inside the 'Adventure' zone, including Beetle Bounce (an elevated experience), Pharaoh’s Revenge (a foam shooting game), Secret Chamber (an adventure themed LEGO building experience), and Wave Racers (dodging water blasts from spectator stations). There is also Submarine Adventure, which invites the whole family under water to learn more about marine life.
In total, LEGOLAND Dubai will feature 40 interactive rides, shows, attractions and building experiences, and will be home to 15,000 model structures made from 60 million LEGO bricks.
LEGO City, Kingdoms, Imagination, Factory and Miniland are the other areas of the park, while a dedicated water park will also open on the Dubai Parks and Resorts site.
