Rave with pirates at Party Monsters

The UAE’s first family-friendly rave comes back to Business Bay

Gather your little party tots for a rave like no other! Dubai’s famous family-friendly party s back and, this time, it’s taking over Business Bay.

The Party Monsters rave, taking place on Saturday February 10 at Steigenberger Hotel’s The Backyard, will delight ravers of all ages with old-school house, reggae, dub, UK garage, breakbeat and drum ’n’ bass.

A fun afternoon for the whole family, the rave’s theme will be “pirates”, so kids and their parents are invited to get involved in the fancy dress theme and bring their A-game on the dancefloor to win some awesome giveaways.

Headlining Party Monsters’ pirate-themed rave is Lucy Pink with a classic ’90s set. The dancing will all be on a Baby Sensory dance floor with plenty of bubbles and a giant parachute.

Worried about the kids’ hearing? Sound levels are maintained at a lower level to ensure it’s 100 percent safe.

There will also be a kids’ zone by Splash ’n’ Bounce with a soft-play chill-out area, ball pool, slides and bouncy castle, plus The BEEhive’s Arts and Crafts area.

The Toy Store’s face-painters will transform faces in keeping with the pirate theme while photographers will capture all the fun on the ground.

Ravers can also look forward to a dance-off competition with toy giveaways.

The Backyard houses a licensed bar and F&B options specifically designed to cater to adults and kids over six months.

You can also get a 15 percent discount on your Careem ride there. Finally, a kids’ outing where we can be cool again. Party on!
Dhs70 adults, Dhs35 kids, free (kids under two). Sat Feb 10, noon-5pm. Party Monsters, The Backyard, Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay, Dubai. Tickets available on www.platinumlist.net.
