VIDEO: Peter Pan flying into Dubai

Watch a sneak peek of the huge musical extravaganza coming to DWTC

Knowledge story, The Knowledge

The latest big name show to twirl into Dubai stars everyone’s favourite never-aging boy.

Musical and acrobatic show Peter Pan: The Never Ending story lands at Dubai World Trade Centre to begin a ten day run on March 5

Ahead of the date take a look at the impressive video trailer above.

The show uses a mix of theatre, illusion and circus skills, high-wire stunts and concert-like rock songs to tell a new tale based on J. M. Barrie’s classic character.

Expect more than 50 dancers, stuntmen, acrobats, magicians and actors to perform in the family show, plus a musical score which includes tracks from Robbie Williams to Puccini.

That score is the work of musical director Matt Dunkley, known for working on the music to Hollywood hits such as Black Swan (2010), The Dark Knight (2008) and Moulin Rouge (2001), while the show itself is directed by Cirque Du Soleil alumni Luc Petit – the man behind the opening ceremony at Euro 2000 in Brussels.
