Dubai looks to have broken another two world records in a single day. On Friday January 4, 2,847 people wearing chefs’ uniforms gathered at Meydan, where they smashed the previous record of 2,111 for the biggest gathering of people in chefs’ clothing. They cooked up 73,055 pieces of loukamath, a traditional Emirati sweet – this feat has now been submitted to officials to be recognised as a new world record.
