Rudimental to play Sandance in November

Chart-topping bass band to follow Jamiroquai and Chic onstage at Atlantis

Knowledge story, The Knowledge

Bass heads get ready – Rudimental are coming to town.

After weeks of rumours, promoters have officially confirmed that the chart-topping drum ’n’ bass outfit will make their Middle Eastern debut at Sandance.

The hotly-hyped group will follow Jamiroquai and Chic featuring Nile Rodgers onto the stage for a full live performance on Friday November 15.

Hailing from East London, Rudimental exploded onto the scene last year with UK number one ‘Feel the Love’, featuring John Newman, which has clocked more than 25 million YouTube hits. The band repeated the success earlier this year with a second chart-topper, ‘Waiting All Night’, alongside vocalist Elly Ayre.

As well as the core production quartet, the band’s full tour roster of guest vocalists and musicians will be in tow, and promoters promise a ‘busy stage... and a big live sound’.

Tickets, priced from Dhs295, are available here.
