The Knowledge

This week: Fitness classes for mums, a haircare range for him and her, and detox kits for the festive season.

Brand new mums desperate to get back into their normal fitness regime can now do so with new BuggEFit classes with Dubai company Pure Fitness (050 659 4376) which launched this month. Run by busy working mums, the outdoor classes uses buggies and prams as resistance to help tone your abs, pelvic floor muscles, back, legs and backside. The classes will take place at parks around Dubai every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday for Dhs50 per session or Dhs450 for a package of ten.

Meanwhile, UK haircare brand Nanogen (www.nanogen.ae) is now available in Dubai from the online store. Suitable for both men and women, the hair-thickening range includes shampoo and conditioners, hair growth serum, keratin thickening treatments and hair fibre locking spray for those wishing to plump up their locks. The haircare brand has been clinically proven to create results after just one wash. Lather up.

Lastly, Dubai-based health and well-being aficionado Detox Delight (www.detox-delight.ae) has launched a Festive Delight Box in time for the silly season. The gift is perfect for health freaks and includes a voucher for one Detox Day juice of your choice, a detox tea and a scented candle. It can be yours for a rather pricey Dhs750 for deliveries within Dubai.
